![]() As a last shot I then went onto reverting to the AE 17.0 version and AME 14.0.1 and low and behold the composition appeared in AME and rendered successfully. ![]() I was close to crying as I've just signed two new clients and rely massively on my CC. Not in the user folder, not in the logs folders. Once it was ran "successfully" I tried to locate the log to see if it was all good but the log file was nowhere. I then ran it for 'all apps' so basically uninstalled my whole CC. You uninstall AME then run the tool and then select what? Media encoder isn't there anymore as we've clearly just uninstalled it and there's no info on what to click. ![]() ![]() I followed everything in the steps from the workaround link but once i got to that cleanup tool i had no idea what to do. I can't believe something as basic as trying to export a composition from AE to AME causes such issues when adobe gets so much money from us. A year and a half after this post was created this issue still occurs! I've almost pulled all my hair out after trying basically everything on here.
